“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these,” Mark 10:14.

Generation 24 is the name of our 10 day King’s Kids programme happening this summer from Jan 4th – 13th.  It is inspired by Psalm 24, ” such is the generation of those who seek Him.” The 10 day programme consists of 4 days of learning and 6 days outreach in a supportive environment for the purpose of developing a personal relationship with Jesus and sharing Him with the world.

Such is the generation of those who seek Him

Psalm 24

King’s Kids is all about having fun, getting to know Jesus and developing a personal relationship with God in a mini DTS setting. Children and youth will learn tools such as drama and dance to equip them for reaching out to share the love of Jesus within the community.

Over the first 4 days they will learn the word, participate in team building, making new friends and growing in their own faith. At the end of the learning phase the children and youth will then go onto outreach phase where they show the public the performing arts they have learnt, why this is important to them and share personal stories where God has answered prayer in their lives. These opportunities take place in parks, malls, children’s programmes and rest homes. It is a really cool time to see everything they have learnt come together and to see them growing as individuals and as a team.

The programme is held on the YWAM base in beautiful Wakapuaka, Nelson. Accommodation and food are included.
